We stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best possible experience with your PolarPro products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your gear to ensure it is not damaged during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
